Returns & Exchanges

At Tito's Handmade Vodka, we want you to be completely satisfied with your merchandise; if your gear isn't quite right, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all returned items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for scanning at the facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
